Privacy Policy
What's collected through this site, how it's used, and what cookies are set, in plain language.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. What this site collects
The only personal data this site collects directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Project type
- Your message
There's no e-commerce checkout, no payment processing and no account creation for visitors on this site, the admin login exists solely for Peemkay TECH to manage site content, not for visitors.
2. How it's used
Contact form submissions are stored in a private database and used only to respond to your enquiry. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is also sent by email to Peemkay TECH, nothing is sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data retention
Messages remain in the admin dashboard until manually deleted. You can request deletion of your submitted data at any time, see "Your rights" below.
4. Cookies
This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies:
- Session cookie, keeps the admin dashboard signed in and protects forms (including the public contact form) against cross-site request forgery. HttpOnly, and marked secure once the site is served over HTTPS.
No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used. A one-time notice about this appears the first time you visit; it won't reappear once dismissed, using your browser's local storage rather than a cookie.
5. Third parties involved in running this site
- Google Fonts, this site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which will see the requesting IP address as part of that request, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Hosting provider, the server that runs this site processes standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, request timing) as a normal part of serving web traffic and keeping the site secure.
6. Your rights
You can ask, at any time, to see what data has been submitted under your name/email, or to have it deleted, by emailing info@peemkaytech.com.
7. Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and it doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a data request, can be sent to info@peemkaytech.com.
