The terms that apply to using this website and to engaging Peemkay TECH for a project.

1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone visiting or using this website (https://peemkaytech.com.ng/), and, alongside any separately signed proposal, statement of work or NDA, to anyone engaging Peemkay TECH for software development services. Where the two conflict for a specific paid engagement, the signed project agreement takes precedence over this page.
2. The website itself
This site is an informational portfolio: it describes services, showcases past work, and provides a way to get in touch. Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not a binding order or contract , actual paid work only begins once both sides agree to a proposal, scope and price in writing.
3. Intellectual property
The content, branding, logo, design and code of this website belong to Peemkay TECH unless stated otherwise. Project case studies are shown for portfolio purposes; some engagements are described only at a high level to respect client confidentiality and NDA terms.
Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement (source code, designs, documentation) is governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.
4. Confidentiality
Non-disclosure agreements are a normal part of government, defense and enterprise engagements. I'm glad to sign a client-provided NDA or provide one of my own before any sensitive details are shared.
5. No warranty on website content
This website is provided "as is." While kept accurate and up to date in good faith, it's provided without warranties of any kind regarding completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Formal service guarantees are set out in individual project agreements, not on this page.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peemkay TECH isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to a specific paid engagement is governed by that engagement's own agreement.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any different governing-law clause agreed in a specific client contract.
